1. Transportation insurance
Tidalx purchases transportation insurance for every customer's order. If the order is not delivered within the estimated time or is lost in transit, Tidalx promises to refund or reissue the order.
2. Product quality
Tidalx conducts a full inspection of all products, and even the smallest lures will be manually screened.
3. Order payment security
Tidalx promises to refund the order if there are any product quality issues (buyers need to provide photos or videos).
